Melita Dsouza

Melita Dsouza has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Melita currently holds the position of Head of HR and Admin in Dubai at Deriv, a role they began in April 2022. Prior to this, Melita served as the Manager of Talent Management at Deriv from October 2021 to April 2022. From September 2019 to September 2021, they worked as the Group Human Resources Manager at Prince AV. Melita also worked at Qatar Airways as an HR Business Partner from June 2014 to November 2018. Before joining Qatar Airways, they held the role of Human Resources Manager at Ananth Jayanthi Developers from June 2013 to May 2014.

From 2010 to 2012, Melita Dsouza pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Swinburne University of Technology.
