Ginni Read has had a diverse and extensive career in the beauty industry. Ginni began their career in 1996 as a Territory Manager for Goldwell. In 1997, they became an Ecommerce Manager for Point.com. Ginni then moved on to become a Business Manager for Nordstrom Direct in 1999. In 2005, they were the Director of Ecommerce for Clarisonic. In 2012, they became the VP of Digital for IT Cosmetics. In 2018, they were the SVP of Brand and Digital for Privé Revaux, as well as the Founder of LBJN Consulting. In 2020, they became the Founder of LBJN Consulting and in 2021, they became the CEO of DERMAFLASH.
Ginni Read attended Washington State University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a degree in Communications with a focus in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
