Jaclyn Kotoch

Jaclyn Kotoch has been in the business world for over a decade, having started their career in 2009 at Ralph Lauren as a Buyer & Planner. Jaclyn then moved on to Tory Burch in 2013 as an International Sales & Planner, followed by Amazon in 2014 as a Planning, Inventory Management & Special Projects employee. In 2017, they joined Glossier, Inc. as GM, Head of International Sales, Head of Global Planning, Inventory & S&OP, and Director of Planning & Inventory. Most recently, in 2021 they began working at DERMAFLASH as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President Finance & Operations.

Jaclyn Kotoch holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business, where they studied Finance, Marketing & International Business. Jaclyn also holds a B.A. in History and International Relations from Boston University. Additionally, they obtained a NYPL Project Code: Introduction to Coding certification from The New York Public Library in September 2016.
