Christian Paffhausen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In their most recent position as Chief Marketing Officer at dermanostic - Hautarzt per App, they oversaw the marketing strategies for the largest online dermatology practice in Europe, serving over 50,000 patients. Prior to that, they held positions as Head of Performance Marketing and Brand und Performance Marketer at the same company.

Before joining dermanostic, Paffhausen worked as an Online-Marketingmanager at MEDILOGIN. Additionally, they founded their own company, cpffhsn - content | consulting | creation, where they served as the founder and later as a Digitalisierungs-Consultant. Paffhausen began their career as a Junior Account Manager at Havas Worldwide, where they took on the responsibilities of a full-fledged account manager due to team restructuring. Their clients included DKMS, WDR Mediagroup, TOTAL, and PEUGEOT.

In 2012, Christian received their Staatsexamen Nederlands als tweede taal from College voor Toetsen en Examens, and also earned the Cambridge Certificate in Advanced Englisch (C2+) from the University of Cambridge.

Subsequently, from 2012 to 2016, Christian attended Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) and completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Business and Management (IBMS). During this period, they also participated in a short-term program at the University of the Western Cape, focusing on Project Management and Investments.

Christian's pursuit of higher education continued as they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Entrepreneurship and Consultancy at Rotterdam Business School from 2017 to 2018.

In addition to these academic accomplishments, Christian has obtained several certifications. These include the Google for Start-Ups Accelerator certification from Google for Startups EU, obtained in December 2021, and certifications in Social Ads - Instagram & Facebook and SEA - Google Ads from OMR Academy powered by Headstart Studios, earned in January 2021 and December 2020, respectively.
