Alicia Anderson

Alicia Anderson has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 1998, they worked as an HR Personnel at Sanger Independent School District where they handled multiple responsibilities including hiring, payroll, insurance coordination, and personnel files management. Alicia then transitioned to Clara H. Henry, M.D. in 2001 and served as a Medical Assistant for 12 years. In 2013, they were promoted to the position of Business Office Manager at the same company, where they managed the activities of employees, developed budgets, prepared reports, and ensured legal compliance. Alicia joined the Dermatology & Skin Cancer Surgery Center in 2017 as a Practice Administrator, responsible for overall practice operations. Alicia was promoted to the role of Vice President of Operations in July 2020 and continues to contribute to the success of the organization.

Alicia Anderson has a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of North Texas, which they obtained from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended North Central Texas College from 2001 to 2003 and obtained an Associate of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences. Alicia completed their high school education at Sanger High School, receiving a High School Diploma from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, Alicia holds additional certifications including an Assisted Living Administrator certification from the Texas Assisted Living Association, CPR certification from the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association, and a Microdermabrasion Technician certification from Genesis Biosystems.
