Allison Stanley

Allison Stanley has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Allison is currently serving as the Director of Strategic Relations at Dermavant Sciences since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Novartis from 2017 to 2022, where they held the role of Associate Director-Thought Leader Liaison Mid-Atlantic Region, responsible for designing customer engagement strategies and building relationships with thought leaders. Allison also served as an Executive Dermatological Sales Specialist at Novartis. Before joining Novartis, Allison worked at Galderma from 2006 to 2017, where they held various roles including Executive Dermatologic Sales Professional, Executive Account Manager, and Field Sales Trainer. Allison was recognized for their exceptional performance, winning awards such as President's Impact winner and Inner Circle winner. In their early career, they worked at ADP as a District Sales Manager from 2003 to 2006, where they sold payroll services and HR solutions and consistently exceeded sales quotas.

Allison Stanley received their Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Longwood University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
