Shihao Shen

Shihao Shen is currently the Associate Director of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics at DermBiont, Inc. Shihao has extensive experience in developing statistical models for the analyses of RNA deep sequencing and identifying splicing variants from high-throughput sequencing data. Shihao has worked at various academic and research institutions, including the Department of Microbiology, Immunology, & Molecular Genetics at UCLA and the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Iowa. Shihao holds a Ph.D. in Biostatistics from the University of Iowa.
