Joe Grant

Joe Grant has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Joe most recently served as the Vice President of Development - Southeast at Dermody Properties starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Preconstruction Manager at Prologis from October 2022 to January 2023. From 2011 to 2022, they held various roles at Duke Realty Corporation, including Senior Preconstruction Manager and Preconstruction Manager. Before that, they worked as a Consultant/Project Manager at AllFlat Global Consulting from 2010 to 2011. Joe also has experience as a Project Manager at Hardin Construction from 2006 to 2009, and as a Project Manager at Skanska USA Building Inc. from 1998 to 2006. Joe started their career as a Project Engineer at Centex from 1996 to 1998 and worked as a QC Manager at ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC from 1994 to 1996.

Joe Grant obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Old Dominion University, completing their education from 1990 to 1994.
