Phillip Wood

Phillip Wood is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Partner for the Northwest Region at Dermody Properties since May 2014. Previously, Phillip held the position of NW Leader of Project & Development Services at Jones Lang LaSalle from February 2010 to May 2014. Between January 2002 and February 2010, Phillip was Principal and Area Director at Trammell Crow Company. Prior roles include Vice President and Regional Manager at Bedford Property Investors from 1997 to 2000 and Vice President and Northwest Area Manager at Bedford Properties/Kemper Real Estate from 1989 to 1995. Phillip earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University-Sacramento, completed in 1985.
