Wes Hardy

Wes Hardy serves as the Southeast Region Partner for Dermody Properties, focusing on the expansion of the company's portfolio through acquisition, development, and redevelopment efforts while managing existing assets. Prior to this role, Wes Hardy held the position of Senior Vice President at Duke Realty Corporation, overseeing operations, leasing, and asset management for a 26 million square foot portfolio in the Southeast region. Wes Hardy's experience also includes a tenure as a Real Estate Consultant at Novogradac & Company LLP, providing advisory and valuation services, and as an Associate in the Valuation Advisory Services group at Cushman & Wakefield. Wes Hardy obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Georgia.
