Bryan Cronin

Bryan Cronin has held various sales and account executive roles throughout their work experience. Bryan started their career at Fox as an Account Executive from June 2004 to June 2005. Bryan then joined Harte-Hanks, Inc. as an Account Executive from July 2005 to December 2006. From January 2007 to June 2012, they worked as an Account Executive at Bloomberg BNA. In 2012, they joined Galderma as a Dermatological Sales Professional and Field Sales Trainer, where they worked until December 2017. In 2018, they worked briefly as a Sales Manager/ Aesthetic & Medical Device at Aerolase before joining DermTech. At DermTech, they have held roles as a Regional Sales Manager from April 2018 to October 2019, and as a Regional Sales Director from November 2019 to February 2022. Since February 2022, they have served as a Senior Regional Sales Director at DermTech.

Bryan Cronin received a B.S. degree in Economics from Florida State University, which they pursued from 2000 to 2004.
