Karolina Mydlarska

Karolina Mydlarska is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality management, process development, and production oversight. Currently serving as Teamleader and Laborant at Deroose Plants Group since January 2021, Karolina previously held several key positions at Vandemoortele from 2007 to 2019, including Startup and Production Manager, Process/NPD Manager, and Quality Manager. In these roles, Karolina was instrumental in plant start-up initiatives, product and process development, and quality management, consistently achieving high certifications such as IFS and BRC. Prior experience also includes a Quality Manager position at Dossche Group. Karolina holds a Master of Science degree from Lodz University of Technology, specializing in Biotechnology and Food Sciences.
