Kayleigh Stevenson

Kayleigh Stevenson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in service delivery and customer management. Currently serving as Service Delivery Manager and previously in various roles including National Account Manager and Scheme and Contracts Manager at Derwent FM since July 2016, Kayleigh has developed strong operational and customer service skills. Prior to this, experience includes working as a Luxury Sales Executive at Prada from March 2014 to May 2016 and various supervisory positions at Malone Lodge Hotel from March 2010 to March 2014. Kayleigh began a career in customer service at Marks and Spencer from September 2008 to December 2010. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Social Anthropology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology, both from Queen's University Belfast.
