Richard Dean

Richard joined Derwent London as Director of Investment at the start of 2023. He is responsible for leading the Group’s investment acquisitions and disposals. Richard is a Chartered Surveyor by background with over 20 years industry experience. Prior to joining Derwent London, he co-led the UK direct business at CBRE Investment Management.
