Melanie Moore Rogers

Melanie Moore Rogers has extensive experience in the architecture and engineering sector, currently serving as a Principal and Director of Human Resources at DES Architects + Engineers since February 1998. With a career spanning over 40 years, Melanie has contributed to the creation of working, learning, and healing environments for numerous organizations, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in the industry. Melanie is also currently retired from Ex:DES as of April 2019.
