Rebecca Cody is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support and mental health services. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at Des-Case Corporation since April 2014, Rebecca leads a team in managing daily order entries and provides comprehensive customer care. Prior experience includes a role as a Mental Health Specialist at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where Rebecca developed a suicide prevention training system and managed the care of at-risk patients. Additional roles as a Case Manager at LifeCare Family Services and The Care Center involved creating mental health treatment plans and establishing therapeutic programs for children and adolescents. Rebecca also contributed as a volunteer in various capacities, including youth outreach at the Powerhouse and as a respite caregiver at St. Bernard's Hospice.
