The Leadership Team at Des Moines Performing Arts, comprising the President & CEO, VP & COO, and CFO, is responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing operational and financial management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality performing arts experiences. They guide organizational vision, foster community partnerships, and manage key performance metrics to support the mission of enriching the cultural landscape of central Iowa.
