Christine Loo

Christine Loo is currently involved in the Mentored Student Research Program and serves as Lead Clinical Medicine TA at Des Moines University, where responsibilities include assisting students in medical history and physical examination skills. Prior experience includes working as a Medical Assistant at TAREEN DERMATOLOGY, conducting patient histories, assisting in surgeries, and managing clinic communications. At the University of Minnesota, Christine contributed as an Undergraduate Research Assistant, focusing on genetic studies with C. elegans and engaging in public health research through various programs. Educational qualifications comprise a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University and a Bachelor of Science in Genetics, Cell Biology, and Development, along with a Public Health minor from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities.
