Laura Sarcone

Laura Sarcone has been working at Des Moines Water Works since June 2006, where Laura currently holds the position of Director of Customer Service and Marketing. Laura oversees all customer activities, including customer Contact Center and field services, ensuring accurate billing and data integrity. Prior to their current role, Laura worked at Padilla Speer Beardsley as an Assistant Account Executive, and at McFarland Clinic as a Public Relations Specialist. Laura obtained a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications from Iowa State University in 2004.
