Paul Swift

Paul Swift has over 20 years of work experience. Paul began their career in 1999 as a National Accounts Manager at Ricoh Business Systems. In 2003, they moved to MWB Business Exchange PLC where they held the roles of Commercial Training & Development Manager and Business Development. In 2013, they became the Global Commercial Content Training and Development Manager at Regus. In 2014, they were appointed as the Key Account Manager - Property Team at Hyperoptic Ltd. In 2015, they held the role of Chairman at Wimbledon Cricket Club and also worked as Director, Business Development and Associate Director, Corporate Solutions at The Instant Group. In 2020, they became the Enterprise Solutions Director at Offices iQ and in 2021 they were appointed as Head of Industry Partnerships (EMEA) at Desana.

Paul Swift attended Birkdale High School and subsequently obtained an HND in Business & Retail Management from Northumbria University between 1994 and 1996. Paul also has a number of certifications, including a Diploma in Learning Facilitation from the Training Accreditation Programme obtained in April 2013, a Certificate in Facilitation from the Training Accreditation Programme obtained in March 2013, a Certificate in Learner Engagement from the Training Accredited Programme obtained in March 2013, a Certificate in Coaching from the Training Accreditation Programme obtained in February 2013, a Cricket Coach - Level 2 from the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) obtained in September 2006, and a Certificate in Training Delivery from the Training Accredited Programme obtained in March 2013.
