Lionel Marques

Lionel Marques has extensive experience in human resources and labor law, currently serving as Responsable des ressources humaines at Groupe Descamps since September 2020. Prior roles include HR Business Partner for France and Switzerland at VF Corporation, where Lionel supported management on operational and business challenges, and Juriste de droit social at ENTORIA, managing individual cases and legal disputes. Additionally, Lionel held the position of HR Business Partner at Stellantis, focusing on strategic projects and HR transformations in the Côte d’Azur region, and began the career as an apprentice in labor law within the same company. Lionel holds a Master 2 degree in social law from Université Paris Nanterre.
