Erik Kropp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public administration, currently serving as Deputy County Administrator and Risk Manager at Deschutes County since November 2007. Kropp has also held interim roles as Health Services Director and County Administrator. Prior to this, experience includes positions at the City of Phoenix from July 1994 to November 2007, where Kropp served as Deputy Public Works Director, Personnel Supervisor, Recreation Coordinator III, Youth Policy Coordinator, and Management Assistant with the Budget and Research Department. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Public Policy Analysis from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Davis.
