Public Health Management Analyst - Community Partnerships And Engagement at Deschutes County

Shana Falb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public health and community development. Currently serving as a Public Health Management Analyst at Deschutes County since September 2021, Shana has also held various roles in public health, including Community Engagement Supervisor and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist. Prior to this, Shana was the Executive Director at Puentes de Esperanza and worked as a Bilingual Family Law Facilitator for the Oregon Judicial Department. Additional experience includes roles as a Bilingual Courthouse Advocate at Saving Grace and Program Manager at Rancho Esperanza, where Shana focused on youth and environmental education initiatives. Shana holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Florida Atlantic University.
