Shana Falb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public health and community development. Currently serving as a Public Health Management Analyst at Deschutes County since September 2021, Shana has also held various roles in public health, including Community Engagement Supervisor and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Specialist. Prior to this, Shana was the Executive Director at Puentes de Esperanza and worked as a Bilingual Family Law Facilitator for the Oregon Judicial Department.
