Teri Lorenz is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Management Analyst at Deschutes County, Teri manages special projects, including the successful implementation of HRIS systems and a comprehensive classification and compensation study. Prior roles include Director of People Development at COM Investments, LLC, where Teri implemented HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and oversaw talent acquisition and employee development, and HR Director at Transphorm Inc., where Teri focused on talent acquisition and culture development in a startup environment.
