Luciana Feres is the current Chief Marketing Officer at Descomplica. Prior to their current position, they served as the SVP of Global Marketing for Essential Dairy and Plant Based Products at Danone from May of 2018 to July of 2021. There, they were responsible for leading a complete business turn-around through the implementation of a transformation marketing agenda. Before their time at Danone, Feres served as the Global Portfolio Senior Director for Coca-Cola TM, Fanta, Sprite, and Schweppes at The Coca-Cola Company from July of 2002 to December of 2018. In that role, they led global growth strategies, oversaw brand stewardship, and managed innovation and messaging & communication charters. Luciana also successfully scaled Coca-Cola's One Brand Strategy to 16 markets and re-launched the Fanta Brand globally with a new formula, positioning, proprietary bottle, and communication strategy in 31 countries. Throughout their time at TCCC, Feres delivered +1.3 pts value share to the Flavors Soft Drink portfolio and successfully stewarded the evolution of the Fanta & Sprite re-formulations, reducing added sugar on core products. Additionally, they directed the re-launch of Schweppes brand in Europe. Prior to their work at The Coca-Cola Company, Feres served as Group Manager for the Home Cleaning Category at SC Johnson from May of 2001 to May of 2002.

Luciana Feres studied business administration and management at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and then went on to earn their MBA in finance from the same school.

Their manager is Marco Fisbhen, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Roberto Grosman - COO, Danilo Moura - VP, Strategic Finance, and Manoel Almeida - CTO.
