Carmen V. has a diverse work history in various roles within the recruitment and administrative fields. Carmen began their career as a Research Administrator at UC Berkeley, where they reviewed and authorized proposals for sponsored projects. Carmen then worked as a Research Development Analyst at UC Merced, providing strategic grantsmanship advice and support to faculty. Carmen transitioned into the tech industry, working as a Recruiting Coordinator at Apttus and RingCentral, where they supported the recruitment process. Carmen then joined Postmates as a Recruiting Coordinator, assisting with the delivery platform's growth. Carmen continued their recruiting career as a Technical Sourcer at Entelo, utilizing machine learning and predictive analytics to help companies find talent. Carmen then served as a Technical Recruiter at Marqeta, where they contributed to the development of their payment processing platform.
