Lindsay Dalpiaz

Lindsay Dalpiaz has a wealth of experience in Human Resources and Executive Assistant roles. Lindsay began their career in 2007 as an Executive Assistant for First Atlantic Capital, Ltd. & First Atlantic Real Estate. In 2009, they moved to Allen & Company LLC. in the same role and then to Oak Hill Advisors, L.P. in 2011. In 2018, they were an Assistant to the Education Department at Vassar College, where they managed a team of 3 student workers and coordinated various campus-wide events and guest lectures. In 2019, they held roles at Free Agency as a Talent Enabler, YorkBridge Wealth Partners as an Executive Assistant, and as a Project Manager. Lindsay is currently employed at BlockFi, where they have held the roles of Senior People & Project Associate, People Operations Generalist & Experience Associate, and People Operations Coordinator since 2020. In 2022, they will join Descript as a Human Resources Generalist.

Lindsay Dalpiaz obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Ithaca College between 2001 and 2005.
