Marty Weems MSc, MBA has worked for four companies since 2019. In 2019, they were the Vice President of Strategic Business for Verifone and a Senior Executive Advisor for TURBULENCE. In 2020, they were a Strategic Advisor and President - North America for American Rare Earths Limited. Since 2023, they have been the Managing Director - Americas for Desert Control, where they work to reduce water risk and consumption while increasing crop yields.

Marty Weems holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Furman University, a Master of Science (MSc) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
