Adam Crocini is a seasoned hospitality executive with extensive experience in food and beverage management and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Managing Director for The Americas at Soho House & Co since November 2025, Adam is also the Director on the Board of Trustees at The Culinary Institute of America, where strategic guidance and support for the institute's mission is provided. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Hilton, where oversight of global design and guest experience spanned over 8,000 properties, as well as leadership positions at Capella Hotels and Resorts, Las Vegas Sands Corp., and Wolfgang Puck. With a strong educational background, including degrees from The Culinary Institute of America and an Executive Leadership Program at INSEAD, Adam has consistently driven innovation and excellence within the hospitality sector.
