Heather Rotan

Heather Rotan currently serves as the Vice President of Practice Transformation and Performance at Equality Health, a role held since December 2020. Previously, Heather held various positions at Equality Health, including Vice President of Practice Transformation and Senior Program Director for Practice Transformation, as well as Senior Director of MSO Operations. Prior experience includes serving as Facility Administrator at DaVita Kidney Care from November 2019 to December 2020 and Vice President of Operations at Physicians DataTrust from May 2010 to November 2019. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Western Governors University and an Associate of Arts in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising.
