Allison Strong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management across various technology companies. Currently serving as Recreation Lead at Desert Recreation District since January 2023, Allison previously held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at Adaptive Insights, a Workday Company, from March 2018 to July 2020. Earlier roles included Customer Success Manager at Trillium Software, Senior Account/Renewals Manager at Tealeaf (an IBM Company), and various positions in account management and sales at Jive Software, Coverity, Red Hat, and the Council for Entrepreneurial Development. Allison began a journey in natural resources and conservation education at the College of the Desert in May 2022 after earning a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications, specializing in Public Relations, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2002.
