Lisa McColl

Lisa McColl, Ed.D. has extensive experience in education, particularly in the role of school principal. Lisa most recently served as a school principal at Desert Sands Unified School District starting in July 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of elementary school principal at Encinitas Union School District from July 2014 to July 2021. Lisa began their career in education as an elementary school principal at SANTEE SCHOOL DISTRICT C5 in August 1995, where they worked until June 2014.
