Nick Mansperger Aia Ap

Nick Mansperger, AIA LEED AP, is a principal and Chicago studio leader at Design Collective, Inc., where sustainable, site-responsive solutions for mixed-use urban and institutional projects are developed, with a specialization in mixed-use multi-family housing. Nick has extensive experience collaborating with design teams from conception to construction administration and has a strong background in architecture and education. Previously, Nick conducted field analysis of cultural architecture during a year-long sabbatical across six continents, served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Maryland teaching various architecture studios and seminars, and worked as a design professional at Ziger/Snead focusing on residential and institutional projects. Nick holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Maryland.
