Monica D. Higgins

Monica’s passion for helping people successfully bring their dream homes to life inspired the start of her nearly 20-year career as a construction manager. Prior to joining Design Everest, Monica was instrumental in helping tech startups grow profitably by turning customer service into a revenue center, aligning the customer experience with their brand promise, and optimizing customer lifetime value. More recently, she led a construction management firm for residential remodels, and a design-build firm for backyard homes.

Monica holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Southern California. She has served on the Board of Trustees for Berkeley Hall School, the Advisory Board for the Small Business Development Center at El Camino College, and as a volunteer counselor for SCORE.
