Zarna Barday

California Licensed Professional Engineer with 9 years of experience in the design and construction of civil and structural engineering projects. She has worked in heavy industrial engineering, designing steel and concrete structures in the US and India. While working in urban infrastructure development in the bay area, she obtained her CA PE Civil license with Structural depth and Professional Certificate in Advanced Sustainable Management from UC Berkeley extension. She wants to progress in the field of sustainability and structural rehabilitation, help people plan efficiently and build long-lasting infrastructure and cost-effective structures with green building materials. Her work involved coordinating with various public agencies in the Bay area including MOD, SF, and SFPUC. She has also worked in designing a small residential sector in India with sustainable and locally sourced materials.
