Location: Louisville, CO

Wage Range: $100k- 115k (Depending on Experience)

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the progress of large mechanical construction projects anywhere from 3-15+M. Responsibilities shall include: budget management, project buy out, planning and execution of project schedules, customer relationships, development of assigned assistant project managers and project engineers and adherence to our safety standards.

Must have an excellent understanding of plumbing and mechanical systems as it relates to large commercial projects. This would include; high-rise commercial buildings, medical centers, university work, public-school work, etc. Monitors adherence to the above through site walks and meetings, project progress reports, performance evaluations, preplan meetings, safety meetings and working closely with field crew supervision and shop staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing drawings, budget calculations, and reports
  • Leading the project team members
  • Coordinating activities for project planning and development
  • Performs detailed job cost project projections and revenue projections
  • Requires customer communications and coordination in all aspects of a project
  • Manufacturer coordination with respect to product availability, options, and pricing
  • Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files
  • Current with all HVAC and Plumbing manufacturers’ products and vendor relationships
  • Provides technical and planning support to field staff

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management degree and/or minimum of 7+ years’ experience

  • Highly detail oriented with a mechanical aptitude

  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced Microsoft applications including Excel

  • Bluebeam

  • Procore
