Ciara Tejani has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ciara currently holds the position of VP of Sales & Marketing at Design Pickle since March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Growth at Radius Agent from September 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining Radius Agent, Ciara worked at HiringThing, where they served as the VP of Sales and Marketing from May 2020 to September 2021. Ciara also held the position of Business Development Director at HiringThing from May 2017 to May 2020.

Ciara began their career as a Snowboard Softgoods/Hardgoods Buyer at The Loft, where they worked from May 2003 to August 2007.

Ciara Tejani attended American University from 2004 to 2006, where they studied International Relations and Affairs. Ciara then enrolled at East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania from 2006 to 2009 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government. Additionally, they have certifications in Process Mapping & Analysis from Baldwin Wallace University and Systems Thinking from Medaille College.
