Joshua Germscheid

Joshua Germscheid is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and construction. As a Senior Project Manager at Design Ready Controls since August 2018, Joshua leads the Project Management department, specializing in new product development and sustainability initiatives. Previous roles include Construction Manager at CalAtlantic Homes, Project Manager at Industrial Louvers, and Project Manager at Forterra, Inc., where Joshua contributed to significant infrastructure projects. Additionally, experience as Staff Supervisor at Elk River Parks and Recreation and Assistant Manager of Concessions at West Fargo Parks showcases strong leadership and community engagement skills.
