Natalie Romero-Marx is a skilled professional in film production, communications, and education, with extensive experience in arts and culture initiatives. Currently serving as a Fellow at The Flaherty and a Communications and Storytelling Fellow at Design Trust for Public Space, Natalie is dedicated to enhancing equitable arts access. As an Adjunct Professor in the Film Program at Montclair State University, Natalie shares expertise in the field. Previous roles include content creator at PEAK Performances, Board Member and Mentor at Fundación T. Leo, and videographer for Company Nora Chipaumire. Natalie's education includes a Master of Arts in Theater Studies from Montclair State University and a degree in Television and Radio Broadcasting from Universidad Autónoma del Caribe.
