Benjamin Childers

Benjamin Childers is an experienced retail and sales leader with a strong background in management across various companies. Currently serving as the General Manager at Design Within Reach since February 2021, Benjamin also held the position of Assistant Store Manager, overseeing the flagship location in Chicago's West Loop. Prior experience includes roles as Store Manager and Associate Store Manager at Casper, as well as leadership positions at Target, where Benjamin was an Executive Team Leader focused on guest experience. Earlier career roles include management at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. and experience in hospitality at Davidson Hotels & Resorts. Benjamin began a career in community outreach as an intern at The Crisis Center of Johnson County. Benjamin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa.
