Laura Phanphiarith

Laura Phanphiarith has extensive experience in account management and customer service, currently serving as a Contract Account Manager at Design Within Reach since October 2018, after previously holding the position of Contract Account Specialist. Phanphiarith also worked at The Shade Store as a Customer Care Specialist for a brief period in 2018. Prior to these roles, Phanphiarith was with Design Within Reach from March 2016 to March 2018 as a Contract Operations Specialist and held an Assistant Manager position at Jonathan Adler from September 2012 to March 2016.
