Julio Rudilla has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. In 2004, they were a Visual Merchandiser Manager at Bizak S.A. Julio then worked as a Regional Sales and Account Manager at ARPLAST, S.L. from 2005 to 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Team Leader at Sports Direct International. In 2012, they began working as an Operations Manager at Oslek Flooring. In 2014, they co-founded Salta Experience and worked as a Travel Ambassador. From 2015 to 2021, they held various roles at Deliveroo, including Partnerships & Engagement, Data entry - Rider Fees Administrator Spain, and Live Operations and Rider Support Spain. Since 2021, they have been working as Operations and Procurement at Getir, where they are responsible for daily fleet operations in Barcelona and Valencia, hiring up to 40 couriers per week, and ensuring that the stores are fully equipped with properly functioning and maintained e-bikes and e-scooters. In 2022, they began working as Sales Operations at designable.

Julio Rudilla obtained a Diploma of Business from Holmesglen in 2014. Julio then attended Southern Cross Education Institute and obtained a Diploma in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia in 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they studied at St Peter Institute for a Diploma in Management and Leadership. In January 2015, they were also certified as a Qualified Education Agent Counsellor by PIER.
