Holly Nicholas

Holly Nicholas has a diverse work experience in various administrative roles. Holly began their career in 2011 as a Marketing Practice Assistant at The Talent Business. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the Global CEO & Chairman and Head of Assistants at the same company. In 2017, they joined BETC London as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Creative Officer, Chief Strategy Officer & Managing Director, and also served as the Office Manager. Later that year, they joined Design Bridge and Partners where they held multiple roles such as PA to the Group Innovation Director, London Strategy & Innovation Partner, and Strategy Team. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a PA to the Deputy Group Chairman, VP Strategy & Innovation, and Commercial Directors at the same company. In 2020, they became a PA to the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Creative Officer & Executive Creative Director. Currently, they serve as an Awards and PR Coordinator & EA to CCO, ECD & Group Brand Experience Director at Design Bridge and Partners.

Holly Nicholas attended Queenswood School from 1998 to 2005 and received a BA (Hons.) in English & Philosophy from the University of Leeds from 2006 to 2009.
