Felicia Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Felicia began their career in 2003 as a Partner Business Development Manager and worked in various roles, including Government Relations Manager and Director of Business Development, with organizations such as CARFAX, Inc., and the American Assoc. of Motor Vehicle Administrators. In 2006, they joined the DC Department of Health as the Director of Client Services and Business Development Manager, responsible for the success and delivery of logistic and IT support services contracts.
