Nazzario Pozzi

Nazzario Pozzi has extensive experience in the retail and home design industries. Nazzario started their career in 2009 as CEO of HUGO BOSS Italy, where they oversaw the development and sale of high-quality fashion and accessories. Nazzario then served as CEO of DARTY Italy, a consumer electronics retailer, and Vice President of Global Retail at Diesel, a leading Italian fashion company.

Pozzi later joined Natuzzi, the largest home design brand worldwide, as Chief Officer of the NATUZZI Division. Nazzario played a key role in expanding the brand's presence globally and increasing its revenues.

In 2014, Pozzi joined Harvard Business School as an MBA Career Advisor. Nazzario also served as the Deputy Chairman of the Harvard Business School Club of Italy from 2015 to 2018.

Pozzi's expertise in the home design industry led him to become a Board Director at DesignerInc, a VC-funded start-up that digitizes the home design marketplace. Nazzario was also a Board Observer at The Rug Company, an internationally recognized provider of contemporary handmade rugs.

Currently, Pozzi holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at epiLate Italia, the largest laser hair removal retailer in Italy. Nazzario is responsible for overseeing the operation of over 120 beauty centers and implementing the company's Unlimited Package subscription with a lifelong guarantee.

In addition, they serve as a Board Director at Visionnaire-IPE, an Italian home design brand that offers luxury design solutions to private consumers, real estate developers, and the hospitality industry. Pozzi's experience and expertise make him a valuable asset in the retail and home design sectors.

Nazzario Pozzi completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2011. In 2006, they also completed the Intensive Program in Corporate Finance for Executives at SDA Bocconi. Earlier on, in 1997 to 1998, Nazzario pursued a Master in International Trade at the Italian Institute for Foreign Trade. Nazzario attained their MA with honors, Summa cum Laude, in International and Diplomatic Sciences from the Università degli Studi di Trieste from 1990 to 1995. Additionally, they studied at Royal Holloway, University of London for the academic year 1993 to 1994, although their specific degree or field of study is not provided.
