Human Resources Generalist at Designetics

Casey Renee Clark has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Trainer and Server at Jockos Ice Cream, where they were responsible for training 5-10 new employees per year, creating schedules for 10-15 employees each month, and controlling inventory to ensure stock was always on hand. From 2015 to the present, they have held the role of Human Resources Generalist at Designetics, Inc., where they are responsible for recruiting and hiring for a variety of positions, assisting in the interviewing and hiring process, developing and implementing onboarding practices, and using their past experience as an Assembler in the production department to assess recruitment decisions. In 2015, they also held the roles of Human Resources Generalist Intern and Corporate Wellness Human Resources Intern. Additionally, from 2015 to the present, they have held the role of Assembler at Designetics, Inc., where they work around 30 hours per week while in college, manages time sensitive job orders on a daily basis to meet deadlines for products being shipped to consumers, and maintains a 3.2 GPA. Lastly, in 2015, they held the role of Cardiac Intermediate Intern at ProMedica, where they managed time efficiently to ensure 15-20 patients' happiness daily, ensured stock was filled in each patients' room every 2-3 hours, and conversed with and checked on patients every hour by traveling to each room.

Casey Renee Clark's education history includes a High School Diploma from Toledo Early College High School (2011-2015), an Associate's degree in General Science from Owens Community College (2015-2016), a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from The University of Toledo (2017-2018), and a Certificate in Advanced Employee Relations and Investigations from Cornell University ILR School (2019-2022). Additionally, Clark has obtained certifications in Internal QMS Auditors (ISO 9001:2015) from Exemplar Global, Inc. (May 2022), Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from 4840K Transformation and Consulting Inc. (January 2022), OSHA10 (September 2018), and Adult First Aid/CPR/AED from Emergency Care and Safety Institute (February 2022).
