Paula Otero

Paula Otero is the Managing Director of Designit in Madrid. Paula has over 20 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a focus on digital marketing, e-commerce, and channel marketing. Paula began their career at Kimberly-Clark in 1998 as a Marketing and Sales Specialist. In 2008, Paula was promoted to European Marketing Manager and then to Business Unit Leader for Family Care Iberia in 2011. In 2013, Paula left Kimberly-Clark to join Philips as the Marketing and Consumer Care Director for Iberia. Paula was responsible for managing a team of 20 people and overseeing the domestic appliance, personal care, and health & wellness businesses. In 2018, Paula left Philips to join MONBAKE as the Director of Digital Business.

Paula Otero has a Bachelor in Economics & Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, a Master in Digital Business from ISDI, and a Marketing and Commercial Management degree from ESIC Business & Marketing School.

They work with Steve Calde - Managing Director, San Francisco, Peyush Agarwal - Managing Director, India, and Michael Johnson - Global Head of Finance. Paula Otero reports to Nic Parmaksizian, CEO.
