Lela Richardson

Lela Richardson is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in various leadership and design roles within the industry. Currently serving as Design Principal at designONE studio since February 2022 and holding the position of Director of Operations at Wilson Associates since April 2018, Lela has also contributed as a Senior Project Designer at Wilson Associates and Principal at HBG Design. Previous experience includes roles as Associate at C + TC Design Studio, Project Manager at Ferry, Hayes and Allen, and Senior Designer at Leo A Daly. Lela's early career features positions at Knauer Incorporated, Hirsch Bedner Associates, and tvsdesign, showcasing a robust background in design and project management. Lela holds a BFA in Interior Design from Savannah College of Art and Design and an MBA in International Business from Florida Southern College.
