Michael O'Neil is a seasoned business professional and entrepreneur currently serving as the Business Owner of nourish, a floral subscription service established in 2023, focused on enhancing brand expression through curated botanical compositions. Prior to this, Michael held various key positions at Blue Shield of California over a span of 15 years, including Vice President of Product Development and Senior Director of Product Innovation, where responsibilities included transforming product development and implementing successful healthcare initiatives.
