Johannes Lampela

Johannes Lampela is the Director of Design at Designworks, a BMW Group Company in LA, where Johannes oversees design direction, positioning, and account management. Prior to this role, Lampela worked as a Senior Designer focusing on product design, research & strategy, and creative direction. Johannes also founded their own design company, Johannes Lampela Design, where Johannes served as Principal Designer specializing in furniture, lighting, home accessory, and interior design. Lampela holds a Master's degree in Design from Domus Academy and a Bachelor's degree in Product Design from Lahti Polytechnic.
